yea, i think the mbta owned its former pier home and didnt renew the lease or didn’ t want to repair it to maintain the safety do it moved to the pier next door or something like that. my brother-in-law volunteers on the ship and was asked for a prop osal to replace the existing ticket booth. they completely ignored what he said to do and did what you probably saw.
